Post Season

As our season has come to an end, I'd like to reflect on the great things we've experienced this past year. The 2013 Plattsburgh softball team had many new faces at the beginning with a freshman class of 7. After the fall semester these freshman had adapted well to their new environment. Watching the team grow from the first practice of the fall season to the last game this past weekend has been a great honor. This team is filled with young women who truly love this sport and this team. Unfortunately every season has to come to an end at some point. This group has shown a lot of hard work and determination to get as far as they did. The best softball they have played all year was shown this past weekend in our conference tournament. The team went out giving all they had leaving nothing to be regretted. Our coaching staff is very proud of these young women and are looking forward to starting back up in the fall of 2013.
